Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

• Contact details you provide: your name, mobile number and (optionally) email address.
• Order information: the items you order, the outlet you chose, amounts, discounts and order status.
• Account information: if you create an account, a securely hashed MPIN and your notification preference. We never store your MPIN in a readable form.
• Event enquiries: details you share about your event (type, date, headcount, message).

We do not collect or store any card or bank details. Payment is made in person at pickup (cash or UPI), so no payment credentials pass through this website.

• To take, prepare, and hand over your orders.
• To let you track and manage your orders and see your history.
• To send order updates and — only if you opt in — occasional offers, over WhatsApp or SMS to your registered number.
• To respond to event enquiries and contact requests.
• To improve our menu and service using aggregate order trends.

Order-status messages are part of the service. Promotional messages are sent only when you enable notifications in your account, and you can turn them off at any time from your profile. We will never sell or rent your number, and we don't share it with anyone outside the restaurant's own operations.

Your data is stored on our managed database (Supabase) with row-level security, so customer records are reachable only through vetted, permission-checked operations. Access to the staff dashboard is restricted to authenticated restaurant staff. Connections use HTTPS encryption. MPINs are stored only as salted one-way hashes.

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active so you can access it. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion follows a 30-day recovery period: during that window you cannot log in, but you can reactivate and restore everything. After 30 days your account and personal details are permanently erased. Anonymised or aggregate sales records that no longer identify you may be retained for accounting.

• Turn promotional notifications on or off at any time.
• Delete your account (with a 30-day grace period).
• Ask us any question about your data by contacting the restaurant.

• Orders are for takeaway/pickup (and dine-in at the counter). We don't offer delivery through this site.
• Prices, availability and offers can change; the amount shown at checkout applies to that order.
• Coupons are subject to their stated minimum order, expiry and usage limits, and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Please provide accurate details so we can prepare and hand over your order correctly.
• We may cancel an order (with a reason) if it can't be fulfilled; you can cancel eligible orders yourself while they're still pending.

We may update this page as our service evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
